For damages caused by a member of a committee or a board of directors or an employee of an authority in accordance with this Act or the rules or regulations made under this Act in the course of performing their duties in good faith or intended to do, such member or employee will not be personally liable. But the person concerned will be held accountable for doing something with the intention of causing unnecessary pain, harassment or trouble to someone.
